NextReset Developer Resources

These APIs, RSS feed, and badge are build-time static files. They do not depend on Functions or D1. API v1 uses schemaVersion 1.0.

Static API v1

Compatibility paths /api/status.json, /api/radar.json, and /api/events.json return the same v1 semantics; there is no second legacy schema. Every payload includes schemaVersion, generatedAt, and dataAsOf.

fetch('https://nextreset.org/api/v1/status.json')
  .then(response => response.json())
  .then(({ globalRadar, dataAsOf }) => {
    console.log(globalRadar.level, dataAsOf);
  });

Semantics, Source Health, and freshness

Lifecycle, verificationStatus, and Evidence Tier are separate dimensions. Only valid Primary Evidence can confirm an Event; Secondary evidence can support only Possible, and Benchmark evidence does not enter Radar. freshness describes timeliness, while sourceHealth describes source-check quality. Corrections and retractions retain a stable eventId with an incremented revision.

RSS

feed.xml contains only high-confidence lifecycle facts supported by valid Primary Evidence. It excludes Possible, expired_unconfirmed, secondary-only information, forecast changes, and ordinary heartbeats.

Global status badge

The default badge represents Global Radar only. A Banked Event cannot silently change the Global Reset badge.
